App Store rank tracking built around the charts that matter.
See where your iPhone app ranks in its primary category and overall chart, country by country. RankMemo records each observed move without requiring App Store Connect access.
Most indie apps will never reach the overall Top 50, but they can still make meaningful moves inside their category. RankMemo therefore uses the primary category chart as the main signal.
Primary category identified from public App Store metadata
Free and paid category charts treated separately
Observed positions stored with date, source, and confidence
Overall rank adds context
RankMemo also watches the matching overall Top Free or Top Paid chart. When an app reaches it, the dashboard shows that broader milestone alongside the category position.
Overall chart tracked in parallel
Category and overall ranks never mixed
Country-specific positions remain separate
Every storefront tells a different story
An app can climb in France while falling in the United States. RankMemo keeps each storefront independent so a strong local launch is not hidden by a global-looking average.
Up to 20 supported storefronts per app on Pro
Local milestones and first-country appearances
Daily email summarises the latest position
Public data, honestly labelled
Every observation stores its provider, coverage depth, timestamp, status, and confidence. If an Apple source is delayed, RankMemo reports the source problem instead of inventing an unranked result.
No estimated download numbers
No claim of Apple Ads search volume
No false rank loss when a provider fails
Questions, answered
What developers usually want to know.
What App Store rank does RankMemo track?
RankMemo treats the app’s primary category ranking as the main signal and tracks the matching overall Top Free or Top Paid chart as a complementary signal.
Do I need App Store Connect access?
No. Search for the app by name or paste its public App Store URL. RankMemo uses public chart sources and never asks for your App Store Connect credentials.
Can I track rankings in multiple countries?
Yes. The Free plan covers three countries for one app. Indie Pro covers up to 20 countries per app and up to three owned apps.
How frequently are rankings checked?
The shared public archive captures chart scopes every six hours. Plan-specific monitoring adds a daily cadence on Free and an hourly cadence on Indie Pro.
