Open the app and pull down to refresh. RankMemo displays source delays separately and never turns a failed collection into a ranking loss. Include the app name, country, category, and approximate time when you contact us.

Restore an App Store purchase
Open RankMemo, continue to the Pro screen, then tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the original purchase. Apple manages charges, renewals, and cancellations for iPhone subscriptions.
Delete your account
In the iPhone app, open Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm. On the website, the same action is available in Settings. This permanently removes your account and user-owned monitoring data.
