The service
RankMemo monitors public App Store ranking sources and reports observed changes. Rankings, coverage, and availability depend on upstream sources and are not guaranteed.
Your account
You are responsible for access to your email account and for using the service lawfully. Do not create additional accounts or email aliases to evade free-plan limits, abuse rate limits, probe other accounts, send notifications to an address you do not control, or interfere with collection infrastructure. Automated safeguards may temporarily limit suspicious activity; support can review legitimate shared-workplace cases.
Plans, trials, and billing
Free and paid limits are enforced server-side. On the website, a one-time seven-day Indie Pro product trial may start when the first app is added and does not attach a payment method. In the iPhone app, any free trial or introductory offer is shown in the Apple purchase sheet before confirmation. iPhone subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple subscription settings. Website subscriptions are billed through Stripe and managed through the RankMemo billing portal. When access ends, data outside Free limits is preserved but active monitoring may be paused. RankMemo may separately grant complimentary Pro access for testing, support, or promotional purposes.
Competitor comparisons
Competitor data comes from the same public chart sources. Direct category gaps and overlaid curves are only produced for apps with the same primary category and the same Free or Paid chart type. Apps in different scopes may still be monitored separately, but their positions are not presented as directly equivalent.
Data-source limitations
Primary-category signals rely on Apple’s public, non-contractual category chart pages. Overall charts use Apple’s public Marketing Tools feeds. Either source may change or become unavailable without notice; a provider failure is never represented as a ranking loss.
Historical archive
RankMemo may retain dated public chart positions to provide historical ranking highlights. Historical coverage begins when our archive observes a chart, is limited to the fetched chart depths and storefronts, and does not imply downloads, revenue, or attribution.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable, as-available basis. It is an informational tool, not a guarantee of downloads, revenue, placement, or business outcomes.
